This spectacular multi-story and multi-building residence was an exciting challenge for our structural and electrical engineering teams. Like any remodel, the design team must work with existing conditions and structures but ensure that the additions and changes are still up to code. From the spiraled stair tower to the custom roof trusses, no detail on this project was overlooked, and the result is nothing short of spectacular.
