This iconic Howard Backen architectural design speaks to both warm nostalgia and modernity. From the renovation of a historical barn and permitting the iconic windmill, to designing a state-of-the-art package wastewater system and permitting the Kugel Floating Ball Fountain at the entrance of the building – our engineering team was eager to make this site into the incredible facility that it is today.
