At a time when extravagant maximalist wine experiences were in fashion, CADE Estate shattered the mold of what signifies a lavish wine tasting experience. Juancarlos Fernandez created a modern design “dressed for the 21st century” (John King, SF Chronicle, 2009). No detail was left untouched; our engineering team was tasked with making every element and structure of this facility a work of art, even down to the form ties for the poured concrete.
