21st Amendment constructed a destination facility in San Leandro for craft beer brewing operations in 2014.  An existing industrial building was renovated for the new facility in this initial phase.  Future phases will include a full restaurant with outdoor garden, interactive customer experiences with retail area, and tasting rooms overlooking the production space.
