As a result, Summit and suite16 are experiencing a surge of project diversification into residential and commercial projects, education and healthcare, while continuing our dedication to the wine industry. Having worked his way up through the ranks, as an engineer and project manager, Greg thoroughly understands the operations and needs of the firm inside and out. |

Pam Fischer
Principal, CFO
Pam manages our accounting world, and oversees the daily operations and administration staff, including human resources. She provides the staff with budgetary guidance and financial analysis, overseeing the financial stability and growth of the firm. Pam is also an inspirational mentor to the staff, supporting the employees’ career growth and ensuring employees receive excellent healthcare, compensation and other benefits while working at Summit. |

Zak Zakalik
Principal, suite16 Electrical Engineering Division Manager
Zak’s career began first in New York City and then in Los Angeles, where he gained valuable experience working for large A&E firms specializing in electrical and lighting design for architectural and interior design projects for corporate and entertainment clients. In 2000, Zak approached Summit with the idea of developing an electrical engineering division. Today, suite16 Electrical Engineering is a significant percentage of Summit’s profit base, having grown significantly. Zak brings an entrepreneurial vitality to the firm leadership. |

Andy Tchirkine, S.E.
Principal, Structural Division Manager
Andy is known for his sophisticated design sense, and is appreciated by clients and staff for his expert judgment, technical problem solving ability and creativity. Andy works closely with the architects, contractors and property owners who comprise our project teams. Together with some of the most influential architects and contractors in the Bay Area, Andy's winery and high-end residential projects have received industry recognition for extraordinary design and efficiency. With over 20 years of experience in structural engineering, Andy is a valued member of the firm partnership. |

Anu Shah, P.E.
Principal, Civil & Water/Wastewater Division Manager
Anu brings focus and innovation to the Principal team. By combining proven with advanced technology solutions Anu is quietly advancing Summit’s reputation as an engineering provider with core expertise in water/wastewater treatment. He works closely with our clients and provides hands-on leadership to Summit’s team of accomplished engineers. Before coming to Summit, Anu practiced throughout the United States and worked with national and multinational companies and municipalities. He is able to apply that experience to our complex water/wastewater treatment issues in Northern California. |
